Lacey Rutledge had one of the Hurricanes two hits she went 1-for-3 the other Hailey Pinette recorded one hit in two at bats and brought home the only run for GSW.
Starting pitcher Zoe Willis falls to 5-2 on the season she went 2.2 innings allowing thee hits two home runs, and struck out six batters she allowed all five of Hillsdales's runs but they were all unearned due to an error by the Hurricanes.
GSW will be back home to face off in a double header against Auburn university Montgomery 3:00 p.m. Tuesday.
